The new symbol of Serbian capital, Kula Belgrade, has a total of 220 branded St. Regis exclusive high-end residences, ranging in size between 57m2 and 98m2, between the 14th and the 39th level.
The St. Regis Belgrade represents the future highest hotel and residential building in Serbia and the centre piece of Belgrade Waterfront. At over 160 meters tall and 42 floors, it will occupy the surface of 47,000m2.

The St. Regis hotel will exclusively take over nine storeys of the tower. Offering 125 rooms and suites looking out to the city and River Sava; it will feature a destination restaurant at the top of the tower with panoramic views, an all-day dining restaurant, The St. Regis Bar, spa, swimming pool, gymnasium, and event and meeting space for special celebrations.
The building overlooks the Sava River and features what will be the most sought-after tourist attraction in the city upon completion; an observation deck at the top of the tower with exquisite panoramic views.
Kula Belgrade is located at the heart of a public plaza, an outdoor venue stretching over more than 12,000 sqm, and designed to become a family oriented attraction which will host interactive events and celebrations year round.
Belgrade Waterfront will be anchored by The St. Regis Belgrade and The Residences, situated in the iconic 42-storey tower Kula Belgrade, serving as the beacon of the entire master-planned community.
