The house is situated in a picturesque part of the Boka Kotorska Bay, in Orahovac village, municipality of Kotor. It is situated on the first line. The house is 170 years old, built of stone, in genuine local style. It was completely renovated according the spirit of construction and decoration of old houses, typical for the Bay of Kotor.
The house area is 240m2, divided in three levels.
On the ground floor, which accesses the plateau in front of the sea, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher) and a toilet. Everything is composed in one unified space, highly functional and pleasant.
On the first floor, there is the upper entrance to the house. Spacious, specially decorated reception room, , is a multi-purpose space, for socializing or resting.
