Two authentic stone houses, originally restored according to the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments. The houses are located on the first line by the sea (Cape Rdakovo), with its own ponta (jetty) of 360m2. The Ponta is divided into a part with a restaurant summer garden of 150m2 and the remaining part used as a beach area, a boat mooring and parking space.
The bigger house has a fully equipped restaurant of 100m2 on the ground floor, in tavern style, in use since 2010th Two remaining floors comprise three small one-bedroom apartments of 30m2 and one duplex apartment of 85m2. All apartments have terraces and sea views. The smaller house is 80m2 large, built on two floors, with two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and one large bedroom.
The restoration works were made from famous authentic stone from Korčula, Croatia. The infrastructure in the buildings is new, there are central heating and central boiler of 500 l, new air-conditioning, PVC locks and green shaders (according to the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments)
The yard is 328m2, with numerous stone elements. The house is located along the old local road, next to the sea, with is small traffic frequency, therefore ideal for pleasant walks and relaxation.
The environment is calm and friendly. The closest store is 20m away, cathedral in Prcanj, post office and bakery are in the within radius of 500m. Other distances – the nearest large beach in Prcanj is about 100m, center of Kotor 3,5km, airport Tivat 6km.
