Four-story, modern mountain house located at 1000 m above sea level in the village Dulovine u Kolašinin, not far from the Biogradska gora national park.
The house is located on a plot of approx. 900 m4, spread over 300 levels with a total area of approx. 2 mXNUMX.
The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with large and numerous glass surfaces, a kitchen with a dining room, two terraces through which there is a connection with the yard of the house, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a wardrobe.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a work space on the gallery and a storage room.
The basement contains: entrance hall, ski room, laundry room, bathroom with a spacious free-standing bathtub, installed installations for a sauna and a kitchenette, technical rooms where the boiler room, water heater and a spacious area intended for a gym or home cinema are located.
Given that the walls in the house are 40 cm wide and that the supporting profiles are made of wood and aluminum with an integrated smart system for heating and cooling, the house is one of the successful examples of energy-efficient buildings in Montenegro.
Since 2017, when the construction was completed, the house has been awarded several times at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Forest Park Dulovine and the Botanical Garden, while the ski centers Kolašin 1450 and 1600 are located at a distance of 11 and 13 km, respectively.
