Urbanized land with a total area of 22,400, for the construction of a hotel complex with outbuildings, villas and apartments or a complex of villas. The maximum permitted area of buildings for construction (Gross Building Area – GBA), according to construction phases, measures 11,078m2, up to three floors above ground.
One of the possible project scenarios envisages the construction of a hotel complex with villas and apartments, the other envisages a villa complex with an additional possible division of villas into apartment units, in all cases with accompanying sports and entertainment facilities such as swimming pools, sports fields, common areas, retail services facilities, along with complete traffic and communal infrastructure.
The concept envisages the orientation of all units in the direction of the sea, and the architectural solution follows the principles of Mediterranean ambiental construction.
