Two bedroom duplex duplex apartment in a luxury residential complex, in Topla settlement, Herceg Novi. The apartment is located on the 2nd and the 3rd floor, and consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining room, hallway, two bathrooms and two terraces. The sea view is panoramic.
The complex consists of three to four storey buildings. There are 9 buildings in the complex, although visually there are six (three objects are doubled). Each building has a separate building permit. Apartments are very spacious, mostly two and three bedroom apartments ranging in size from 70 to 140 sqm. However, the complex has a few studios and smaller apartments.
Two buildings, closer to the river, are designed for those who wish to live in a separate house. These are:

Complex is served by management company. Its objective is to maintain the safety and security of the complex and its residents, organize and maintain smooth functioning of all technical systems, maintenance of sanitary conditions of water in swimming pools, cleaning, garbage disposal, provision of information and consulting services, assistance in setting up the apartments, providing a wide range of fee-based services such as windows cleaning, the additional arrangement of apartments, etc.
Location of the complex is a beautiful. The complex is not in a dense urban environment, and is located on an isolated forested area. On the border of a mountain river flow, giving shade in the summer; it is also a source of reserve water supply. Also, all swimming pools of the complex use mountain water. Walking distance to the sea and the promenade is around 7 minutes. The complex is a modern low-rise Mediterranean-style settlement. The total area is 4.500 sq.m. Sand and pebble beach stretches along the promenade as well as many places for relaxation, with parasols and sun loungers.
