The house is located on a plot of approximately 900 m, and is spread over 4 levels with a total area of approximately 300 m2.
The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with large and numerous glass surfaces, a kitchen with a dining room, two terraces through which a connection with the yard of the house is made, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a wardrobe.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a work area on the gallery and a storage room.
The basement contains: an entrance hall, a ski room, a laundry room, a bathroom with a spacious free-standing bathtub, installations for a sauna and a kitchenette, technical rooms where there is a boiler room, a hydrophore and a spacious zone intended for a gym or home cinema.
Considering that the walls in the house are 40 cm wide and that the load-bearing profiles are made of wood and aluminum with an integrated smart heating and cooling system, the house is one of the successful examples of an energy-efficient building in Montenegro.
Since 2017. When the construction was completed, the house was awarded several times at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is the Dulovine Forest Park and the Botanical Garden, while the ski centers Kolašin 1450 and 1600 are located at a distance of 11 and 13 km, respectively.
