Urbanized land in Reževići, area of 9,136m2, for the construction of a complex of villas or a hotel building with annexes, 300m from the famous beach Drobni Pijesak in Reževići, Budva.  

The preliminary designs envisage the construction of a complex with a total of 11 villas, or hotels with annexes, with a maximum area of up to 2,910 m2. The construction of a tennis court is also planned. The individual areas of the villas are in the range of 238m2 – 528m2.

The land is about 10 km from Budva and about 28 km from the airport in Tivat.
