Privacy policy — Nekretnina.me
This site asks for personal data in exactly two places — the enquiry form and the newsletter sign-up. This page says what happens to it, with no claim we cannot verify ourselves.
Who processes your data
The site nekretnina.me is operated by LUXURY HOMES d.o.o., a company registered in Montenegro. For everything described on this page, that company is the data controller.

Data from the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry — from the contact page or from a property page — the form submits only what you typed into it, plus where the enquiry came from:
- your full name;
- your email address and/or phone number — at least one of the two is required, because without a contact there is no reply;
- what you are looking for (buying, renting, selling, valuation);
- your message, if you wrote one;
- the language and address of the page the enquiry was sent from;
- the internal property reference (e.g. nm-p-b6a08bc06025) when the enquiry comes from a property page.
Why, and on what basis
We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form — the box is unticked by default and the enquiry is not sent without it.
We do not use it for profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.
The enquiry arrives in the agency mailbox.
We keep the data from the form for at most 24 months from the day you contacted us, and we delete it sooner at your request.
Newsletter sign-up
The newsletter has its own, separate consent: signing up for it does not consent to anything else, and sending an enquiry does not sign you up for it.
Sign-up asks for an email address only. You can unsubscribe at any time — by replying to a message or writing to info@nekretnina.me. We keep the address until you unsubscribe, and for at most 24 months after the last message.
Who the data is passed to
The site runs on other providers' infrastructure, and only they come into contact with the data:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and server-side execution. Requests and technical logs (including the IP address) are processed on their infrastructure.
- Vercel Blob — storage for property and agent photographs. It holds no visitor personal data.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, and only after you explicitly accept it. Without your consent it is never loaded and no request is sent to it.
Cookies
Until you make a decision, this site sets no cookies at all. Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage under the key nm-consent and is not sent to anyone.

Your rights
At any time you may request:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data;
- restriction of, or objection to, processing;
- withdrawal of consent — withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
