The land complex contains about 2,500 m2 of existing business, warehouse and exhibition premises. The conceptual design was prepared in accordance with the approved Urban and Technical Conditions.
The land has complete central infrastructure – water supply, sewerage, electricity, optical telecommunication cables for telephony and high-speed internet.
