The houses are connected by a yard on the ground floor and by the terrace between the bedroom of the smaller house and the living room of the larger house, at the first floor.
The main gate leads below the house, through the tunnel – corridor, to the yard, where the entrances to both objects are distributed.
The smaller house consists of a toilet and a bedroom, with internal staircase. The larger house comprises living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, balcony, shared terrace and internal staircase.
Old stone-made “guvno” (stone amphitheater), is in front of the main gate, as one of the most characteristic details of Montenegrin tradition.
