Hotel Grac has been completely renovated and is ready to open as a boutique hotel, spa and bar in the Old Town of Kotor, Montenegro. The hotel building was originally built hundreds of years ago. 1860. The building was converted into “Hotel Graz”.
Time has taken a toll on the building, which has been restored from the ground up. This includes all new structural reinforcements, floors, windows, shutters, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Everything is brought to modern safety and environmental standards for energy saving. All new furniture and custom-made accessories are ready to go.
The current layout is 7 rooms, on the top floor is the master suite. Inside there are 9 newly built bathrooms. After entering the reception, with a handmade marble table made to measure, climb the stairs to the terrace. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with Electrolux, with 10 seats and a sushi bar. On the terrace you will notice a waterfall in the middle of plants, trees and vines. Also, 2 pergolas can be opened for increased sunlight or for evening stars. When you are on the terrace, you cross the arch bridge into the hotel part, which is separated from the dining room.
The hotel and kitchen are fully equipped with top-quality dishes and bed linen. Near the reception there is a newly formed SPA. Inside there is a sauna, steam shower, exercise machine, massage room and changing area. Across from the sauna is a handmade jacuzzi pool with a volcanic erupting water pump and a waterfall.
On both sides of the entrance across the street, there is a fully equipped bar for 8 tables. Inside the bar, the ceiling is an original hand-laid Siga stone ceiling that isolates noise.
