Renovated semi-detached stone house of 232 m2 on the first line to the sea in Dobrota, Kotor.

During the reconstruction, modern design concepts were applied, while preserving the details of traditional Montenegrin architecture.

House structure:
On the ground floor of the house there is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with skylight, laundry room and toilet. In front of the house is a paved yard, where there is a toilet and an outdoor shower.
On the first floor there is an open-plan living room with a work area; From the front there is access to a terrace with elements of glass floor and a panoramic view of the bay, and from the back to a paved yard, where in a separate smaller building there is a guest bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe.
On the second floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a wardrobe.
In the attic there is an open-plan bedroom with a bathroom, large skylights and a terrace overlooking the back yard.

The owners of the house have the use of a part of the ponte in front of the house, and there are also two public parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The Old Town is 4 km away, while Tivat Airport is 12 km away.
