The planned residential and business building B is Su+P+3+Pk+T. A garage with 24 parking spaces and a storage room is planned in the basement. Business apartments are planned on the ground floor, while residential units are planned on the first, second, third and attic floors.

The facility is equipped with central heating with radiators and an electric hot water boiler.

Our recommendation is a one-room apartment with an area of 49 m2, which consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace of 6 m2. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are all the necessary facilities for rest and relaxation during the summer and winter seasons.
