PODGORICA (Montenegro), February 21 (SeeNews) – Luxury property brand Sotheby’s International Realty has opened an office at luxury yacht port and marina village Porto Montenegro, bringing a new perspective on sales and potential new markets to the region, Porto Montenegro said.

“With the timely launch of Montenegrin Citizenship by Investment and exciting new developments in the pipeline for Porto Montenegro, one of the world’s most respected luxury brands, Sotheby’s International Realty, secures prime real estate in the Mediterranean’s leading superyacht homeport and luxury residential village,” Porto Montenegro said in a statement earlier this week.

Thus, Montenegro becomes the second country in the region to host Sotheby’s brand on its territory, the statement reads.

Sotheby’s International Realty office will be located in the recently completed BAIA wing of the Regent Pool Club Residences, “bringing industry leading experience and international standards of excellence to the real estate business at Porto Montenegro.”

The global network of Sotheby’s International Realty includes some 1,000 offices and 23,000 independent sales associates across 71 countries worldwide, serving the luxury real estate market.
