Stone house in the small fishing village of Baošići, Herceg Novi, on the first line to the sea and sandy beach. The house consists of 3 floors and has been completely reconstructed in the Mediterranean style, and great attention has been paid to the details both outside and inside.
The house is equipped with unique handmade pieces of furniture made of solid wood, while the sanitary ware in the bathroom and kitchen are of English manufacture. The sundial leaves a special impression on the facade of the house.
The paved courtyard is surrounded by oleander seedlings on one side and vines on the other, while the frontal landscape is dominated by a sandy beach, one of the most beautiful in this part of the bay.
