On the ground floor there is an equipped restaurant with a kitchen that has sufficient capacity for the needs of the entire complex, which can also function as an "a la carte" restaurant.
In the yard on the ground floor there is a swimming pool and a pergola with planted greenery. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped.
The complex has its own parking lot.
