2) 20% installments and repayment in 4 equal quarterly installments
3) loan from Hipotekarna banka for non-residents and residents - participation of 20% and repayment of 5 years with an interest rate of 6% and
20% installment and 7 year repayment with an interest rate of 6.5 %.
