Miločerski Park is an area of 18 hectares, which once belonged to King Aleksandar Karađorđević and his wife, the Romanian princess and the Yugoslav Queen Maria. In the hinterland of the two most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, which are part of Miločer Park, formerly known as Velika and Mala plaža, and today they bear the names Kraljičina Plaža and Kraljeva plaža, the construction of a park, a royal summer house and smaller villas for officers and servants began. The estate was built in the period from 1934 to 1936. After the Second World War, the estate was converted into a luxurious tourist complex, which, together with St. Stephen's, was visited by numerous celebrities from all over the world.
Today, with the exception of these two villas, there are no other private buildings in the area of Miločer Park.
The villas are surrounded by planned planting of diverse Mediterranean vegetation.
